When it comes to cooking I wants things to be simple and easy so I can get in and out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. The Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat helps me do that. Whenever I am ready to bake something all I have to do is put whatever I am cooking directly onto the baking mat. I don't have to grease the pan since The Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat is nonstick. It cools in seconds so I can wash it right away saving me more time. It can be used in the oven, microwave, or freezer.

The Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat is made with a double layer of silicone making it thicker than most other brands. The silicone distributes heat evenly and doesn't leave a taste or smell on your food. You can also use it as a food preparation area or rolling dough. It is 11 1/2" x 16 17/32", so it fits perfectly it a standard 18" x 13" baking sheet. 

I used the Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat to make cookies. It was so easy. I just put the mat onto a cookie sheet then I spooned the dough onto the mat. When they were finished they had cooked evenly and came right off the mat. My cookies were delicious. Now time to the part I hate most clean up. But it was very easy to wash. You may be asking what is a nut milk bag. I know that I was before reviewing this. It is a mesh bag that can be used to make almond milk and many other nut milks. It is basically a super improved cheesecloth. Which I think is great. I don't make nut milk but I do make jelly and if you've ever tried to use a cheesecloth to strain your fruits and get the pulp and skins out you know that it's really hard to keep the cheesecloth in place. The nut milk bag made it much easier to strain out the pulp and skins. With it's wide mouth and rounded corners it's much easier to use. You can use the nut milk bag for many things. Anything that needs straining. I have several of these from different companies so I even use one in my outdoor fish pond. I put it around my pump to keep leaves and trash from getting sucked in. The material is really strong and doesn't tear easily. I'm really happy with my Pro Quality Nut Milk Bag by Ellie's Best.
