Whenever I am ready to bake something all I have to do is put whatever I am cooking directly onto the baking mat. I don't have to grease the pan since The Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat is nonstick. It cools in seconds so I can wash it right away saving me more time. It can be used in the oven, microwave, or freezer.

The Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat is made with a double layer of silicone making it thicker than most other brands. The silicone distributes heat evenly and doesn't leave a taste or smell on your food. You can also use it as a food preparation area or rolling dough. It is 11 1/2" x 16 17/32", so it fits perfectly it a standard 18" x 13" baking sheet. 

I used the Frazoni Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat to make cookies. It was so easy. I just put the mat onto a cookie sheet then I spooned the dough onto the mat.
