If you're like me you don't know what CLA is. CLA is conjugated liniliec acid. a group of chemicals found in the fatty acid. It is found in dairy products and beef. Most people don't get enough in their regular diet. So a supplement is needed. CLA is used by a lot of body builders to help them lose fat while keeping muscle mass. 

CLA Complex by PureNaturalFit is made with high quality ingredients. That is one of the main reasons that I like it. I don't like to worry about what I'm taking. While taking this I noticed that I didn't feel as bloated as usual. I was able to stick to a healthy diet. I even noticed that I was losing fat especially that jiggly part on the backs of my arms. I was really happy with the results.

When it comes to electronics and gadgets I can never have enough. I like all kinds. I like to figure out how all the different options they have and how they work. So being a product tester and reviewer is the perfect job for me. I get to learn about all different types of products and tell people about them. Sometimes I even get my three kids involved. They are 18, 16, and 10 (boy, girl, boy). Some products bore them but not the Surpahs Dual-S Body Fat Scale. As soon as I told them it was coming they were waiting on the mailman with me. It came very well packaged. There was styrofoam underneath to protect it from damage during shipping. There was also a users manual and 4 AAA batteries. I really liked that since we all have our gadgets that need batteries.

The Surpahs Dual-S Body Fat Scale has a very sleek and streamlined design. It measures 11x9.6 inches and only 0.6 inches thick. The top is high tempered glass and has a digital readout. I was really impressed with the looks of it.

The Digital Display

This scale comes uses Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis technology to measure weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat, body water, muscle mass and bone mass. What this means is that it passes a small electrical current through your body to estimate body fat mass, total body water, muscle mass, and bone mass. Don't worry you can't feel it. To get the best measurement you are supposed to have bare feet. Also to get accurate results you should weigh yourself at the same time of day.

Using the Surpahs Dual-S Body Fat Scale is really simple. I was able to figure it out without using the manual. I wasn't sure what some of the symbols were so I included them above for you. It can store up to 4 profiles. I put the kids and my info in. After the initial setup all you had to do was step on it and it could remember who was using it. That makes it really simple to use. If someone gets on it that doesn't have a user profile it just measures their weight.

The kids and used it frequently and weighed all their friends. We were all extremely happy with it. It is very well made and super easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

I love Adovia's skin care products. Several months ago I reviewed Adovia Sulphur Soap  and I loved it. So when I was asked to review Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream I was excited. This cream reduces wrinkles and fine lines and also firms your skin. Some of the ingredients that make this cream so great are natural almond oil, Dead Sea Minerals, collagen, retinol, lactic acid, seaweed, and aloe vera. These ingredients combine to make it fast acting. It firms and tones making your skin more youthful and radiant. It will also help prevent and delay the appearance of new wrinkles and fine lines. 

I really liked Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream. A lot of creams that I have tried were heavy but this was light and didn't feel sticky on my skin. I'm almost 40 but I'm very lucky to not have many fine lines and wrinkles. I mainly just have fine lines around my eyes and my skin isn't as tight. After using this cream for a month I can really tell a difference. I have fewer fine lines and my skin just looks healthier. I didn't have to use much either, only about the size of a dime. So this will last a while. I loved all the natural ingredients that is has too, especially the Dead Sea Minerals. I really think that this is a moisturizer that women of any age will like.

You may be asking what is a nut milk bag. I know that I was before reviewing this. It is a mesh bag that can be used to make almond milk and many other nut milks. It is basically a super improved cheesecloth. Which I think is great. I don't make nut milk but I do make jelly and if you've ever tried to use a cheesecloth to strain your fruits and get the pulp and skins out you know that it's really hard to keep the cheesecloth in place. The nut milk bag made it much easier to strain out the pulp and skins. With it's wide mouth and rounded corners it's much easier to use. You can use the nut milk bag for many things. Anything that needs straining. I have several of these from different companies so I even use one in my outdoor fish pond. I put it around my pump to keep leaves and trash from getting sucked in. The material is really strong and doesn't tear easily. I'm really happy with my Pro Quality Nut Milk Bag by Ellie's Best.

I used it twice a day for a month. It took less than a week to start seeing results. The spots were already getting lighter. I also put a few drops in my hair after I washed it. The Magnetic Screen Door by iGotTech will fit doors up to 34" by 82". This is a very well made screen door. It worked really well for me keeping bugs out. The entire outer edge is lined with velcro to keep bugs from getting in around the edges. The center is lined with magnets to keep it closed. It also came with tacks to secure the velcro to the door frame. My door was only 80 inches so at first there was a gap when it was closed. The instructions told us that if there was a gap that the screen door was too long. So we just tacked it up the extra two inches. Now it closed fine. I have 3 kids and 8 dogs and this screen door has been hanging up for a month and it still looks great. There are no tears or rips. It does a great job of keeping bugs out. The only problem that I had was I had to get some longer tacks for the top since we had to tack up the extra two inches. I would definitely recommend The Magnetic Screen Door by iGotTech.

I had never even heard of spirulina when I was asked to review it. I have always taken multivitamins and tried to take care of myself. I even worked a few years as a personal trainer and wrote diets for my clients. So I was really excited to try this. It arrived in a pouch with a zipper top. I personally did not like the packaging. I found it hard to close. The powder itself is dark green and has a smell that takes a little getting used to. I put a half teaspoon in smoothies. After I blended everything together I could barely taste it. I used it for two weeks and I really did notice that I felt better in general. I plan on continuing to use it. So other than the packaging I am really happy with it.

I recently received a Siliguy-Flexible Cell Phone Universal Car Mount in exchange for my honest opinion. Siliguy can be used for more than just your car. He can be hung from the towel bar in the bathroom, hanging from your chair at sporting events. He could also be hung from a handle in the kitchen if you were using your cell phone for recipes.
