Recently I was given Moringa Premium Super Food to review in exchange of my honest opinion. I'm not currently trying to lose weight so I only took it for a week. While taking it I definitely noticed that I had more energy. usually around mid morning I need a nap but not while taking Moringa Premium Super Food. It didn't leave me feeling jittery or nervous. I had never even heard of spirulina when I was asked to review it. I have always taken multivitamins and tried to take care of myself. I even worked a few years as a personal trainer and wrote diets for my clients. So I was really excited to try this. It arrived in a pouch with a zipper top. I personally did not like the packaging. I found it hard to close. The powder itself is dark green and has a smell that takes a little getting used to. I put a half teaspoon in smoothies. After I blended everything together I could barely taste it. I used it for two weeks and I really did notice that I felt better in general. I plan on continuing to use it. So other than the packaging I am really happy with it.
